Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns on discounted, custom, personalized, or made-to-order items, including framed specimens, art pieces, or items listed as one-of-a-kind.
Process

Contact us first at mindfulmortem@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item back.

Please ensure your return is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

After your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund (minus original shipping costs) to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mindfulmortem@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
