Shipping Information
We ship all domestic orders via UPS Ground, a reliable and cost-effective service for delivery within one to five business days. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Valparaiso, Indiana and will arrive depending on the destination.
Processing and transit times
- Order processing: Please allow 1–3 business days for orders to be processed and packaged before they are shipped. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. CDT (Central Daylight Time) on Fridays or during weekends will be processed the following Monday.
- Shipping days: UPS Ground operates Monday through Saturday.
- Estimated delivery: Delivery typically takes between 1–5 business days after your order has been processed. You can use the UPS Ground Time-in-Transit Map for a more specific estimate based on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package's weight, dimensions, and destination. We offer transparency on all shipping charges so you can review the total cost before completing your purchase.

Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your package on the UPS website.

Shipping restrictions
- Domestic only: We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United States and Puerto Rico.
- Maximum package limits: According to UPS guidelines, individual packages cannot exceed 150 lbs, 108 inches in length, or 165 inches in length plus girth. Orders that exceed these limits may require freight service and a custom quote.
- P.O. boxes: UPS Ground does not deliver to P.O. boxes. A physical street address is required for all orders.
Lost or damaged packages

- Declared value liability: Every UPS Ground shipment includes automatic liability coverage of up to $100. For orders with a higher value, we recommend purchasing additional package protection during checkout.
What we cannot ship
Please note that certain items are prohibited from shipping by UPS and federal regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, hazardous waste, firearms, and illegal goods. We reserve the right to refuse to ship any item that violates these policies.
